A 3.5 kilometre stretch of road will be renovated, at the Haljala multi-level junction in the province of Lääne-Virumaa. The European Union will provide some 85% of the financing for this almost 9-million-euro project.

The terminal, contracted by SF-Teli Oy, has a floor space of 4,820 m2 with 35,200 m3 of storage.
